Hans Neumann, worked as a volunteer apprentice alongside Steve a master beekeeper to learn everything about the honey business.

During this time, he learned how to produce pure honey and meticulously handcraft the hives boxes providing the best possible environment for the bees.

He has grown his apiary to 50 hives and they are located alongside a national park featuring a natural water stream. This setting offers an amazing array of native flowers, producing the finest and purest-tasting honey.
